    We typically will never assume title to a property unless it is made a condition of closing by the property owner. Instead of taking title to the property, we secure a communications easement under the existing leased area of the wireless infrastructure asset. The easement does not grant title to the property, but instead serves to protect the right of the wireless carrier to continue its operation of the cell site on the property.
  • How will my property be used?
    We secure an easement to be used for telecommunications purposes only. We will not have the right to turn your property into anything else or use it for any purposes other than telecom.
  • How long does the process take?
    This can depend on a few factors but our goal is to close each and every deal within 35 days from the date of a signed Letter of Intent.
